Review rules

The idea

Reviews help drivers, carriers, brokers and receivers know what to expect. They only work if they are honest. These rules are part of our Terms of Service.

Write about a real experience

  • Only review a load or delivery you were actually part of.
  • One review per load, per company. Do not repeat or edit a review to change the facts.
  • Describe what happened and how it went. Rate the experience, not the person.
  • Do not review your own company, a company you work for, or a competitor to help or hurt them.

Keep it respectful and safe

  • No threats, hate, harassment or personal attacks.
  • Do not post phone numbers, home addresses, license or plate numbers, or other private details about anyone.
  • No reviews in exchange for money, favors or gifts, and no revenge reviews.

How we help keep reviews honest

  • A load must be marked delivered before it can be reviewed.
  • A PO number can be used only once with a broker.
  • There is a limit on how many times one person can review the same company in a month. Repeated identical extreme ratings may be flagged for a person to look at.
  • A broker can confirm or dispute that a load happened. Doing so never changes its score. A confirmed load only earns the review a "Verified load" badge, and a dispute flags the review for an administrator.
  • An administrator may keep, hide or remove a flagged review.

If you disagree with a review

A verified business owner can reply publicly under the review. If you think a review breaks these rules, such as being fake, abusive or about a load that did not happen, email yosuke11223@gmail.com with a link to the page and what is wrong. We look at each report. We do not remove a review only because it is negative.

What can happen

If a review or account breaks these rules, we may remove the review, limit the account, or close it.
