1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and The Bandit Trucker ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Review rules. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the app for a business, such as a carrier, brokerage or receiving facility, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business. You must give accurate information, including your DOT or MC number.
3. Your account
- Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Company profiles come from public FMCSA records. An owner can claim a profile only after we verify the claim, either by email match or by an administrator's review. We may refuse or remove a claim that looks false.
- Drivers who link to a carrier need that carrier owner's approval before they count toward its score.
4. Reviews and ratings
- Reviews and ratings are the opinions of the people who write them. We do not check that every statement is true, and we do not endorse any review.
- A review must be about a real load or delivery you were part of, and must follow the Review rules.
- You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a free, worldwide license to show, store, summarize and reproduce it in the app, including in AI-written summaries, for as long as it is in the app.
- We may remove or hide a review, or limit an account, that breaks these Terms or the Review rules. We do not remove a review just because the business it is about disagrees with it.
- A business can reply to a review once it has verified ownership. Disputes can be sent to us at the email below.
5. Location
Location features are optional and turn on only if you allow them. Read the Privacy Policy for what is collected and how to turn it off. Location data is a tool to help measure arrivals and departures. It can be wrong or missing, and you should not rely on it as proof of anything.
6. Premium plans
- Premium plans are paid subscriptions. The price and billing period are shown before you pay. A subscription renews each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you need help cancelling, email yosuke11223@gmail.com.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card number.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded.
- We may change prices or features with notice. A change does not apply to a billing period you have already paid for.
- If you buy in an app store version of the app, the store's own purchase terms also apply to that purchase.
7. Safety and accuracy
- Never use the app while driving. Pull over safely first.
- The app is not a navigation, safety, legal or regulatory compliance tool. It does not replace your own judgment, your electronic logging device, or advice from a professional.
- Facility, carrier and broker information, ratings, scores and AI summaries may be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important yourself.
8. What you must not do
- Post fake, paid-for or retaliatory reviews, or create accounts to rate yourself or a competitor.
- Harass, threaten or expose personal information about anyone.
- Try to break, scrape, overload or get around the security of the app, or use someone else's account.
- Use the app to break the law.
9. Our name, the film references, and other content
The app and its content, apart from what users write, belong to The Bandit Trucker. The app is an independent tribute and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Universal Pictures or the creators of any film it refers to. Names and marks of other companies belong to their owners.
10. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work, be error-free or be available, or that any score is accurate or fair.
11. Limit of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost loads, or harm from content that users post. Our total responsibility to you for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. When an account is deleted, its loads, reviews and location data are removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email, and you may be asked to accept again. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
