How to leave a review
Reviews come from real loads. That keeps scores honest.

Log your load
On My Loads, tap Log load. Enter your load or PO number and the facility you're delivering to. Add the broker too, so you can review them later.

Mark it delivered
When you've dropped the load, tap Mark delivered on that load.

Rate the facility
Tap Rate facility. Choose your stars, tap any tags that fit, answer the quick questions, and add a comment if you like. It takes about a minute.

Rate the broker
If you named a broker on the load, Rate broker shows up on the same load once it's delivered. Give your overall stars and the category ratings, and add a comment if you like.
Can't see the button?
- No Rate facility or Rate broker button: the load has to be marked delivered first.
- No Rate broker button: no broker was named on the load. Name the broker the next time you log a load.
- Drivers can't rate carriers. Brokers and receivers review a carrier after a delivery.
After you submit
- You can edit a review for 15 minutes after you post it.
- You can leave up to 5 reviews of the same company or facility in 30 days.
- A company or facility that thinks a review is wrong can dispute it, and an admin looks at it.
- Keep it honest and about the load. See the Review rules.
